The KARO Inc. has been established in November 1994.. Hereunder all stages of company development are listed:

The company provides set-up, commissioning and execution of full low-current system installations. At company's start-up we have supported small investors (companies, home residencies) mainly. Together with growth of company's position on the market big investors joined our customer's range.

Since establishment both technical potential and capabilities and range of services offered due to more and more skilled staff are significantly increased, thus covering wider range of different security systems.

In December 2005 new company, KARO Karlicki Sp. z o.o. , has been established; this new company is continuing and spreading wider current activity of KARO Karlicki, Rutkowski Sp. z o.o.

Since 1996 we are in possession of the License of Home Ministry for provision of services referring to technical premise protection, installation of electronic alarm devices and systems. (License No.L-1383/00, License No.L-0040/06).

As required by law, all our staff making supervision on installation and maintenance works are licensed as "technical protection employees 2 nd class".

In January 1996 we have obtained approval of National Nuclear Security and Radiation Protection Inspection for sales, installation, storage, maintenance and transportation of ionization smoke detectors (Approval No. D-16060).

To meet our customers' requirements and make our job performance more professional we have implemented Quality Management System as defined by ISO 9001:2000 . In May 2004 r. the Certification Bureau of Polish Shipping Register has issued Certificate No NC-812 .

Currently we have applied for AQAP2110 certificate "NATO Requirements for Providing of Quality in Design, Development and Manufacturing ".
We are going to apply for SITP certificate for companies dealing with fire alarm and fire suppression systems.

Our staff are experienced and well qualified engineers and technicians in design, assembly, and servicing of low current installations. The knowledge of our employees is continuously updated by specialized trainings; this is the evidence of constant company development and opening to all new technologies in our branch.

KARO Karlicki Sp. z o.o. offers performance of both design for construction and 'as built' design, assembly, installation and servicing of low current systems. We are working with leading system brand names (such as: Aritech(GE Security), Bosch , Computar, Esser, Mercor, Polon, Tyco, Zetfas)
